Post receiving your returns and making a full inspection regarding the condition of your items, we will start processing your returns or offer you an exchange. Your returns and exchanges will mostly take up to 14 days to process from the receipt of your items.

Please note that refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to show on your credit card statement; however, this depends on your credit card company. We will inform you via email when your return is processed from our side.
