Shipping and Delivery
We believe transparency and clarity is the best way to conduct business. As such, there are no extra charges or hidden fees associated with our products. All purchase, billing and shipping charges are displayed on the checkout page.
As per our shipping policy, your order shall be delivered to the shipping address in 5 to 10 working days (excluding holidays). For maximum convenience and efficiency in order processing, please try to use the same address for shipping and billing needs. This allows ease in the verification process and results in earlier delivery.
We shall provide our full support to resolve any errors at the carrier’s end; however we cannot be held liable for any loss. Moreover, the shipping address should be thoroughly checked and confirmed before finalizing any purchase. A product sent to an incorrectly filled address by the customer will not be refunded as per our policy. We ship worldwide at a flat shipping rate.

Goods Return Charges
As per our return policy, only damaged or incorrectly shipped products possess the right of return within 14 days of delivery. We maintain a guaranteed money back policy once the refunded products are received in original form as shipped. Items received in damaged state can be returned by contacting our support team, or by emailing us at email@example.com.
In case of returns, the following requirements need to be met:
- The item should not be damaged.
- Request for refund needs to be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Customer shall bear the cost(s) of shipping and handling.
