Thank you for shopping with Lederhosens. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange. Please review our return policy below for detailed information.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.
Please note that returns are not accepted for orders containing multiple sizes intended to determine the best fit.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
Partial refunds may apply under specific circumstances.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURN AND REFUND
Please be aware of the following conditions:
- No Size Exchange: Items received for free (e.g., Free Shirt, Free Socks) are not eligible for size exchange.
- Order Cancellation: For large orders, cancellation risks are assessed carefully. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours as we process orders quickly.
- Incorrect Address: If a product is sent to an incorrectly provided address by the customer, no refund will be issued.
- Carrier Issues: While we will support you in resolving any issues with the carrier, we are not liable for any loss caused by carrier errors.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: A 14-day return window is available only for items received damaged or incorrectly shipped.
- Duties and Taxes: Duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country and are the customer's responsibility upon receipt of the order. These charges are subject to your country's import laws.
- Refund Processing: Full refunds are processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned items using the same payment method (e.g., PayPal).
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available only in some instances. We also offer store credit and discount coupons to facilitate your next purchase at the best possible price.
Please note: A 20% transaction fee will be deducted from all refunds, regardless of the reason.
